Campaigns just got more secure. With our new Security PIN feature, creators can now control who claims token rewards—ensuring they’re only accessible to the right people, in the right place.

How It Works

When enabled, your campaign requires a 4-digit PIN to access its content and rewards. This PIN can be refreshed automatically at intervals you choose and is easily shareable with your audience—either verbally, via signage, or even displayed on a screen.

Why It’s Useful

Whether you run a gym, shop, or any physical location, this feature ensures rewards aren’t claimed remotely or abused. It’s perfect for:

  • In-person verification: Staff can share the current PIN only with real customers.
  • On-site automation: Display the PIN on a tablet at the counter, visible only to those present.

Example Use Case

A wellness studio wants to reward attendees after completing a yoga class. Instead of leaving it open, they enable the PIN feature. After class, the instructor displays the code on-screen. Attendees enter it on their phones and instantly claim their tokens—secure, smooth, and in person.

Wrap-Up

The Security PIN feature gives creators simple but powerful control over reward distribution. It’s another way Campaigns bridges the gap between digital engagement and real-world presence—on your terms.

Want even more control? Combine the PIN feature with our geofence option to ensure participants are physically present in a designated area and have the right PIN before they can claim rewards. It’s a smart, secure way to keep your campaigns rooted in real-world interaction.

Whether you're handing out rewards in-store, adding a layer of trust to redemptions, or creating playful real-world experiences, security pins and geofencing give you the control.
